The four-course dinner with begin with a canapé reception at 6 p.m. on Monday, August 3. Think dishes like squash blossoms with an anchovy fennel tarte; saumon poêlé, potato-crusted salmon fillet with melted leeks and a Spanish caper emulsion; and navarin d'Agneau, Elysian Fields lamb shoulder stew with summer vegetables.
