Yet another haven for gluten-free and raw food enthusiasts has opened its doors in West Hollywood. Alchemy Food & Juice Lab, the brainchild of Tanya Goott, Roxanne Sanchez, and Michelle Marquis, is now serving its essential oil-boosted waters and juices in a hip stretch of Robertson Boulevard right off Melrose.
Goott, a former owner of the old Open Source Organics outlet in the same location, bought out her partners to reconceputalize the space. Alchemy, sporting a full kitchen, can now customize its juices and smoothies to the needs of its clientele. Beyond juice, the wellness bar slings a variety of raw dishes like kelp noodles, kale salad, and the requisite avocado toast. Those looking for reduced-guilt sweet treats can indulge in Marquis' raw desserts like strawberry cheesecake and ice cream.
Alchemy Food & Juice Lab will grand open on Saturday, August 22, and is currently open daily from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.
