— Want to eat at the newest restaurants in town on your weekend Sin City getaway? From upscale celebrity chef restaurants to buffalo chicken wing havens, here's your guide to the 21 hottest restaurants in Vegas right now.

— Seems like the Herringbone expansion train just won't quit. Brian Malarkey's seafood-centric restaurant just opened its second Los Angeles restaurant in Santa Monica just days ago, and now Hakkasan Group confirms Eater Vegas’ exclusive reveal that the restaurant is taking over the Gold Boutique Nightclub & Lounge space in Aria. Herringbone Las Vegas will open at the end of the year.

Those looking to ball out can now do so at Bacchanal Buffet, which is offering whole fish or lobster meals served with a glass of Veuve Cliquot. Or truly go for gold with the Caviar Dreams package with Sasanian imperial caviar and accoutrements, one bottle of Dom Perignon and immediate seating for $500 for two people or $650 for four people. Fancy.

— The Grand Bazaar shops is getting a nifty new Starbucks, with a whole lot of "first in the worlds." Think the world's first Starbucks with bleachers and a 150-square-foot movie screen, Fizzio carbonation machines, and a Clover coffee press.

— There's been quite a bit of chef shuffling in Vegas these days. With Paul Bartolotta leaving his namesake restaurant Bartolotta Restaurante di Mare and Mark LoRusso stepping in, now comes word that chef Joseph Zanelli will return to the Wynn as executive chef of Botero, LoRusso's old gig.
