— The lobster roll craze has hit Los Angeles hard. This week comes news that New York's popular East Village lobster roll specialist Luke's Lobster will be headed to the Strip this November. This will be the westernmost outlet for former lobsterman Luke Holden, and will offer his signature Maine lobster rolls, chowders, bisques, and Maine microbrews.
