West Third Street’s Mainland Poke gets plenty of love in this new video from Food Steez. The fast-paced 90 second clip shows chef Kayson Chong breaking down whole raw fish, working up sauces, and ultimately bowling up a bunch of top-notch poke. It’s a fun, fast (disco-filled) look at one of the new shining stars of L.A.’s ongoing poke movement.
