Tori Spelling Suing Benihana in Encino for Burn Injuries

This week, Beverly Hills, 90210 and reality TV star Tori Spelling filed a lawsuit against Benihana at the Los Angeles County Superior Court. After slipping and falling straight on to a searing hot hibachi grill at Benihana Encino on Easter Sunday of this year, Spelling reportedly sustained second and third degree burn injuries that required a skin graft.

The actress, who has publicly announced financial difficulties in the past, has claimed wage loss, medical expenses, and lost earning capacity in the lawsuit, citing damages in excess of $25,000.

Seems likely there won't be much teppanyaki fried rice in the Spelling-McDermott clan's future.
