Once again, the All-Star Chef Classic is around the corner, with perhaps its most impressive lineup of Michelin-starred and award-winning chefs. The third iteration of the star-studded event will take place from March 9-12 at L.A. Live's custom built "Restaurant Stadium" with three new events: an Asian Masters Dinner, Mexican and Spanish Masters Dinner, and an international grand tasting. The international representatives alone might be worth the price of admission: Gaston Acurio (Astrid, Lima), Iñaki Aizpirtarte (Le Chateaubriand, Paris), Jose Ramón Castillo (Que Bo!, Mexico City), Tatiana Levha (Le Servan, Paris), and Diego Hernandez (Corazón de Tierra, Baja California).

Hometown heros featured at the event include José Andrés, Josef Centeno, Josiah Citrin, Ludo Lefebvre, Jon Shook, Vinny Dotolo, Jessica Koslow, Niki Nakayama, Charles Olalia, and Zach Pollack. Also in the mix are culinary mega-stars Alain Ducasse, Jean-Georges Vongerichten, Wylie Dufresne, Sean Brock, and Chris Cosentino.
