The ever-popular Larchmont location of Go Get Em Tiger has a special way to celebrate Thanksgiving: by making some of the year’s most insane coffee drinks. As always, the premise is simply that owners Kyle Glanville and Charles Babinksi have never actually tried any of the seasonal drinks offered at Starbucks (nope, not even the ubiquitous pumpkin spice latte), and so they find themselves every year trying to outrageously recreate what they think those drinks must look and taste like. Needless to say they’re not even close, in the best way possible.

The annual event is now in its fifth year, and this is certainly the most ambitious iteration yet. The Thanksgiving-only coffee party is going down at the Larchmont Go Get Em Tiger only tomorrow, from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m., with the full run of wild one-off drinks available as well as the regular menu. Here’s a taste of what you can expect.

The Pumpkin Spice Latte

Easily the most ambitious drink of the year, this take on a #basic classic features a kabocha squash and whip cream-filled mini pie hovering on the rim of a steamed milk, single espresso, and pumpkin spice syrup drink. There’s even some nutmeg caramel in there, and the idea is to break the pie on top and let it all merge together in one amazingly delicious mess.

The Gingerbread Latte

Instead of an actual latte, this one is a malted ice cream shake. They’re using McConnell’s cardamom and gingersnap ice cream, adding espresso and malt and candied ginger, plus a molasses cookie.

The Peppermint Mocha

This one’s a doozy. Peppermint ganache mixes with espresso, then gets topped with a mint-infused whipped cream and a candied mint leaf, all served in an edible chocolate cup.

The Toffee Nut Latte

With a bit of planning, the guys were able to make a Cup O’ Noodles homage (complete with styrofoam packaging) that includes a full cup of toffee plus some instant coffee and steamed almond macadamia milk.

To check out the full limited menu ahead of time (including a crème brûlée latte and a boba situation), head to the Go Get Em Tiger Instagram page now where they’re showing off the goods. Otherwise, just show up to the Larchmont location before your local holiday festivities actually start kicking off, and enjoy.
