Playing off the strength of Kogi Taqueria in Palms, Roy Choi’s brick and mortar outlet of his iconic food truck, Mr. Papi Chulo himself has decided to make waves in the South Bay with a second location to launch next week. There’s only one catch: it’s inside a Whole Foods.

Much like Choi’s deal with the gleaming Downtown Whole Foods, this permanent pop-up will be housed inside the physical Whole Foods on Sepulveda Boulevard, operating as a sort of kiosk while serving a menu filled with the usual short rib taco, sliders, blackjack quesadilla, and burritos. You can catch the whole opening menu here.

Per a release from the Kogi machine, the opening date is Wednesday, November 9. After that, the show will go on daily, with Monday through Saturday hours from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m., shortening on Sunday to 9 p.m.
