Eko Eats, a solo project by Mendocino Farms vet Judy Han, will debut a small menu of healthy Korean-inflected bowls in the heart of Downtown's Financial District. Using poultry from a sustainable, local Southern California farmer, Han offers traditional dishes like Korean fried chicken, bibimbap, fried chicken salad, kimchi fried rice with chicken, as well as jook (porridge).
These menu items were specifically chosen because Han wanted to make use of the entire chicken. In addition, Eko Eats is sympathetic to guests with food allergies and restrictions so look forward to vegan options.
Eko Eats will soft open February 15th and 16th from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m, followed by a grand opening on Wednesday February 17th. Check out the full menu below.
