With so much development happening in Hollywood, it's nice to see newcomers provide fresh options for the local office worker crowd. Enter Demitasse Roastery & Kitchen, the fourth location of the Demitasse coffee shop brand, but this time with a full menu of all-day bites.

Beginning February 17, Demitasse Hollywood will roast its direct trade coffees from Colombia, El Salvador, and Guatemala, and will serve what has become a requisite addition to new wave coffee shops, nitro and Kyoto-style cold brew. Of course, there's a full range of espresso drinks and teas, along with Demitasse's signature lavender liquid hot chocolate.

In terms of fare, breakfast begins with items like sweet potato pancakes with whipped yogurt and breakfast sandwiches with fried duck egg. Lunch features brisket and eggplant torta, and dinner showcases globally-inspired dishes like purple yam gnocchi and octopus with papas bravas. Even better for the post-work crowd? Everything can be washed down with natural wines and local beers.

Demitasse's airy space with floor-to-ceiling glass, white marble countertops, and brick walls will open daily for breakfast from 7:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m., lunch from 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., and dinner from 5:30 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
