Jessica Biel's Au Fudge Has an Opening Date: March 4

Jessica Biel's Au Fudge now has an official opening date: March 4. Located on the western edge of Melrose Avenue in West Hollywood, Au Fudge plans to start with lunch service. The Hollywood star has been fielding friends and family meals, including a recent reunion of her former 7th Heaven cast (sans lead star Stephen Collins). So far, the service runs have served upwards of 100 people, ensuring that the space will be ready for the mob that's about to descend. At the moment, there's no reservations line up, though one could conceivably try calling the place.

Though initially reported as a sort of club for kids, Au Fudge has come around as a full service restaurant and bar, with about half the space dedicated as a children's area. There's no real exclusivity component for the main dining space, though there will be a kind of member's list for classes and other activities for children. The restaurant eventually plans to be open from breakfast through dinner, offering coffee, pastries, and other grab-and-go items in the front market area during the day.

Biel was on site throughout last week to oversee the menu's finalization and final service runs. Even husband Justin Timberlake and son Silas came through, according to tabloids.
