David Chang of Momofuku and Mind of a Chef fame was in our neck of the woods this week for his Eating Out Loud event, which took place last night with live readings from the likes of Jonathan Gold, Roy Choi, and more. Chang also did a live reading and mentioned that he ate Japanese food in Torrance the night prior.
