Fast casual sandwich shop Top Round is expanding their hours, opening up for morning commuters with a whole new run of eggy sandwiches. The mostly grab and go space on the corner of La Brea and Olympic has been in the lunch and dinner game for some time now, but will start turning up as early as 6 a.m. as of Monday.
The move to an all-day format for Top Round is likely a smart one, as the defined brand looks to expand into many more markets nationwide. Far from being a fast food company, founders Anthony Carron, Steven Fretz, Noah Ellis, and Jamie Tiampo are hoping to leverage their something-for-everyone menu into bigger and bigger franchise deals — just like the one they’ve already secured for Northern California.
To help ease into the new menu, Top Round will also be giving away free breakfast sandwiches this coming Tuesday to anyone who stops in between 8:30 a.m. and 10:30 a.m. After that, and every day moving forward, the regular breakfast hours will be from 6 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. After that it’s lunch and dinner, with the usual roast beef options taking over. The full breakfast menu is below.
