Everyone knows the best part of Disneyland (or a trip to Costco, for that matter) are those piping hot churros. Beginning tonight, Ridges Churro Bar, a new food truck by husband and wife duo James and Nancy Phan, is roaming the streets of Los Angeles selling their sugar-coated sweets.

The Phans took inspiration from the doughnut craze that has produced plenty of zany flavors to come up with their own unique churro creations. Think churros rolled in things like fruity pebbles, nutella nut, and salted caramel. Along with churros, Ridges Churro Bar also offers soft serve cones, soft serve and churro cups, and Stumptown cold brew to wash it all down.

The truck will debut Thursday, March 3 from 6 p.m. to 11 p.m. at Angel City Brewery. Check out the website for more upcoming dates and information.
