Get ready for the year’s biggest collection of top notch tacos all in one place, as Tacolandia returns to Downtown’s El Pueblo de Los Angeles on Saturday, June 11. The LA Weekly-backed taco party has become one of the city’s best food festivals, often pulling in big vendor names from across Southern California as well as Mexico proper.

This year’s lineup promises to be as strong as ever, with return favorites like Coni’Seafood, Cielito Lindo, and Carnitas El Momo representing well. Heavy hitters like Wes Avila’s Guerrilla Tacos, Carlos Salgado’s Taco Maria in Orange County, and San Diego’s own Galaxy Taco will also be on site, adding to the mix of big names, newcomers, and local favorites.

The annual festival also seeks to branch out with alternative taco forms, including the now massively popular All Flavor No Grease in Watts, and the recent Taco Madness-winning Revolutionario from South L.A. Rumor has it the folks from Salazar will be there too, despite not having opened their Frogtown restaurant yet.

Advance tickets for the June 11 event are on sale now, and run $40 for general admission. Doors open at 3 p.m. and the festival runs until 7 p.m.
