Toca Madera Brings Fast-Casual Tocaya Organica to Venice

Pick a taco, pick a protein and head to the beach

After Barnyard Venice's imminent shutter last year, the prime location did not sit idle for long. The Toca Madera team introduces Tocaya Organica, where you'll find a fast-casual dining experience conducive to beachgoers looking for fresh, organic, and affordable bites. Originally slated for March, the eatery has hit some delays but anticipates opening soon.

Tocaya Organica will feature Mexican fare including tacos, salads, bowls, and wraps. And look forward to organic produce, free-range and grass-fed proteins, sustainable seafood and vegan options — all fitting choices for health-conscious Venice denizens.

Additionally, The Toca Madera restaurant group anticipates opening three more Tocaya locations by the end of the year including San Diego, San Francisco, plus and a spot in West Hollywood slated for later this spring. So, let's hope this first Venice location bodes well for the area.
