Looks like Cisco Adler is keeping busy. The heir to the legendary music producer Lou Adler (along with his brother Nic) is apparently set to turn out a new healthy-ish burger concept at Malibu Village later this summer.

Dubbed Malibu Burger Company, the plan is for Adler to partner with chef Aaron May and one Benjamin Priest to bring casual comfort fare to the upscale shopping center off Pacific Coast Highway. The menu will consist primarily of healthy burgers, both animal and meat-free (including quinoa and salmon burgers), alongside options like bowls and a variety of sides. Beer and wine will also be available.

Designer Matt Winter, who also led the charge on Cisco and Nic Adler's invite-only On The Rox club space back in 2014, will be running the build-out of Malibu Burger Company. Expect a mid-summer arrival.
