Luxury Sushi Specialist Lands on West Hollywood's Hottest Corner

Just a little spot check on Ginza Onodera, which Eater first announced in October 2015. The ABC notice is now up at the corner of La Cienega and Melrose, which might be one of West Hollywood's hottest corners of late. The chain, which has locations in Tokyo, Paris, and Honolulu, specializes in high-end tasting menu sushi experiences for a small number of guests. Onodera made waves when it announced an opening late last year in New York City, though it still hasn't opened despite months of anticipation.

Here in West Hollywood, they're in the middle of construction, which means an opening within the next few months is very likely. Ginza Onodera will join Raku and Tempura Endo as two high-end Japanese concepts that have opened recently in the West Hollywood/Beverly Hills area. As they say, follow the money.
