Canon Club has come back to life after closing in late March, with a few minor changes since its closure. The seafood-centric eatery officially re-opened on May 19 under the direction of Grady Parker, who worked in Las Vegas at Bouchon and Joel Robuchon at The Mansion prior to that. The restaurant has also brought on Justin Snyder as chef de cuisine, who previously worked at The Blue Dragon Restaurant in Hawaii.

The new kitchen team is pushing out California cuisine, which apparently includes sashimi and cooked fish options, plus steak and health conscious dishes.  The full bar's still in tact, for anyone looking for a stiff drink in the Golden Triangle, though a revamped wine list comes along with the remodel. Let's hope that these changes bring about a bit more longevity to the location. The original version of Canon Club lasted from October 2015 to March 2016.

Canon Club is now open Wednesdays through Sundays from 4 p.m. to midnight.
