If you're in vacation mode and have some time to kill at LAX, Terminal 6 alongside American and Alaska Airlines sports a new gastropub: Point The Way Café from local craft brewery Golden Road. The pub boasts eight Golden Road beers and four guest taps for all the beer aficionados out there. Don't worry, cocktails and wines are also available for those who prefer an old fashioned or bloody mary.

The cafe serves a variety of plane-friendly dishes as well, such as flatbreads, sandwiches, and healthy plates like the chicken breast with honey-glazed carrots to pesto grilled shrimp with garlicky spinach. If there's time, indulge in the El Nitro stout cookie sundae with chocolate chip cookies, chocolate peanut butter stout whipped cream, and vanilla ice cream.
