Just like last summer, Wolfgang Puck is pulling out all the stops for an ongoing outdoor grilling series to take place at his namesake Wolfgang Puck restaurant at the Hotel Bel-Air. The monthly events span a variety of barbecue styles, and will even include a variety of celebrity chefs.
The next iteration of the barbecue series runs on July 4, naturally, and will lean on the Kansas City style, meaning lots of pork ribs, barbecue sauce, and hickory smoke. The high-end affair runs $125 a head with an additional $35 wine and beer pairing. Following the July event, August will focus on Argentinian steak grilling and lots of empanadas, and run $110 a person, with Puck cooking alongside Hotel Bel-Air executive chef Hugo Bolanos.
The biggest event of the run will come on September 7, when Puck once again brings in Francis Mallmann for some outdoor cooking of the highest order. This year will also welcome Nancy Silverton and Eric Werner from Hartwood in Tulum. That dinner runs $195 a head.
