Curtis and brother Luke Stone's Gwen is officially taking reservations on Tock starting July 13. This comes after an earlier announcement last week that opened up lines for August tables.

This means early adopters can get a taste of the butcher-driven menu, which runs $190 for two people before tax and tip, weeks earlier than expected. Much like Stone's other restaurant Maude, reservations will only be released every month, though right now one can book a table all the way through August 31. Starting August 1, the reservations line should open up beyond the 31st, in case you need to make fall arrangements.

Upon booking, you can pick between three seating options: the chef's counter, the wine room, and the main dining room, though groups only range 2, 4, and 6. Diners numbering 1, 3, 5, or more than 6 will have to get tables another way.

At the moment, Gwen's butcher shop is offering everything from chops and steaks to charcuterie up front.
