Not to mix science fiction metaphors too badly here, but hold onto your butts: Someone is making a working Mos Eisley-esque Cantina in Hollywood.

For those who may not know, the cantina in question exists in the Star Wars universe as a way station for all manner of bounty hunters and out-there imbibers from across the galaxy. Now Nerdist is reporting exclusively that fans of the films are working to bring their own version of the place to life somewhere in Hollywood.

The new and very real iteration is to be called Scum & Villainy Cantina, and could open as soon as next week. LAist did some digging around for more info and, while firm details on the actual location are scarce, the company’s Facebook page says they’re somewhere in the 90028 universe, which is the heart of Hollywood.

To get access yourself, guests should try to snag a two-hour block reservation from the cantina’ website, or try to shuffle in between 11 p.m. and 2 a.m. (yep, that makes it a real bar, with real bar hours). Apparently costumes are highly encouraged.
