Things are starting to line up for ROW DTLA, the massive mixed-use project in Downtown that currently houses Smorgasburg. As the concrete jungle starts to hack itself into home, office, and retail shape, it seems one of the first restaurant tenants will be none other than Go Get Em Tiger.

Per sources, the ink is dry on a contract that will bring Kyle Glanville and Charles Babinski’s strong coffee concept to ROW DTLA by early next summer. Expect a 1,500 square foot space that will expand on the duo’s existing coffee program, using the same mantra of knowledge and service to craft a great all-day experience.

You’ll also find an extended food program at the Downtown location, with Ria Wilson (of Wild at Canele fame) at the helm. Obviously details on all that are still a ways off, considering the project isn’t slated to arrive for nearly a year, but it’s reason enough to get excited already. And, in the meantime, those east of Downtown can get a whiff of what’s to come when Go Get Em Tiger opens up in Los Feliz imminently. Construction is wrapping up there now, with McConnell’s not far behind.
