Pearl's Finest Teas, the work of Dennis Calvero (Crooks & Castles), Robert Panlilio (Crooks & Castles), Francis Miranda (Lock & Key), and Phong Trinh (Barista) is the neighborhood's first upscale tea shop, with Instagrammable beverages fitting of the area.

On offer are well-crafted classic coffee and tea drinks, but you're really here for the more creative concoctions. Think flavors like horchata milk tea, orange yuzu, and chamango, an early favorite of the Lakers' own D'Angelo Russell. Those looking to customize their own beverage can also select from a tea base, flavor, milk, and toppings for their own DIY refreshment to sip while perusing all that Fairfax has to offer.

Pearl's Finest Teas is currently soft open daily from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m.
