There’s a new star spending time at the Four Seasons in Beverly Hills, and its name is Vinoteca. The burgeoning wine bar concept only just opened at the tony hotel space on Doheny Drive, but the place has a promising future ahead of it.
Brought to life as part of a revamp of the food and beverage options at the popular travel destination, Vinoteca is all Italian glamor and round-the-clock glory. In the mornings expect espresso and takeaway breakfast service, while things really get going later on in the evening. That’s when the wine bar side comes to life, with a menu run by chef Denis Dello Stritto and strengthened by small fried pizzas and lots of cheese. There’s (predictably) lots of wine on offer as well, though you can also grab a strong drink from the cocktail list should you choose. The full menu is below.
Vinoteca is now soft-open in Beverly Hills, with both an inside dining room, bar seating, and outdoor patio. Hours start daily at 6:30 a.m. and run until late evening.
