Serafina, the New York-based restaurant group with multiple locations on the East Coast and around the globe, has opened as of August 26 in the heart of West Hollywood right on Sunset Strip. Known for its light Italian fare that includes its signature thin-crust pizzas and an extensive selection of pastas, the restaurant should fare well with New York transplants and with those looking for LA's hottest new celebrity dining destination.

The revamp of the former Maia and Yellowtail space transformed the nicely situated eatery into a breezy, indoor-outdoor space with Serafina's bric-a-brac decor and bright pops of yellow. The warm design is intended to make diners feel right at home despite the bustling location.

With the restaurant investors being Spice Girl Mel B and husband/film producer Stephen Belafonte, it's no surprise that the restaurant has already played host to a slew a celebrities, including Sophia Richie. It certainly helps that the menu boasts plenty of vegan and vegetarian options.
