The 2018 All-Star Chef Classic hosts their fifth annual affair at L.A. Live from March 7 to 10, 2018. That translates to 40 chefs under one roof, four days of cooking, multi-course seated dinners, and food tastings.

Attendees can try prepped by LA’s finest, including José Andrés, Ludo Lefebvre, Michael Voltaggio, Sang Yoon, Nyesha Arrington, Micah Wexler, and Vartan Abgaryan. Many chefs hail from outside the California border, such as New York’s Wylie Dufresne, and Washington DC’s Michael Costa to name a few.

With four Master Dinner Series, the order looks like this: a Vegetable Masters Dinner, Spanish Masters Dinner, All-Star Women Masters Dinner, and a Middle East Feast that showcases the region’s cuisine with an open bar.

Thanks to the 300-person “stadium” design, attendees can view a chef’s knife skills, sauté pans, and beads of sweat. A portion of All-Star Chef Classic ticket sales go towards the local organization, L.A. Kitchen.

Pre-sale tickets are available tomorrow for American Express Card Members. Public sales begin on November 13, 2017 for $125. Entry tickets for the All-Star Chef Classic start at $125, with Platinum VIP for $425.
