More ex-pat New Yorker chefs, restauranteurs & dining enthusiasts. This, along with the increase in minimum wage meaning a higher cost of dining out and, just like the political climate today, making it a barrier to entry for even more people. I see more restaurants moving to a 100% plastic policy. Unfortunately, check transparency might suffer as a result, which will take diligent training of staff to help subvert. I really, really hope our dining culture
