A handful of new tenants are coming to LAX’s Terminal 3 today, and at least a couple of them carry a supremely local focus. Terminal 3 has been among the most overhauled terminals across all of LAX already (thanks in part to the promise of a new tenant in Delta), and the new restaurants should only help.
Among the new tenants is Ashland Hill, a quiet Santa Monica gastropub with a focus on craft beer, burgers, and other casual fare. The new Ashland Bar will help to drive home the drinking side of that equation even further. Beyond that, Terminal 3 will also play host to smaller grab and go options like Deli & Co. and EarthBar, alongside a shiny new outlet of Chinese fast food chain Panda Express. Terminal 3 already offers options like the new La Familia as well as Blue Window and the breakfast-ready Shake Shack.

Elsewhere at LAX, loads of other big local names continue to land restaurant space. Danny Trejo will be bringing his tacos and drinks to Terminal 1, alongside Cassell’s (and their famous patty melt) and Urth Caffe, all as part of a large new food court on site. Per the images sent in last night by a tipster, Ashland Hill and the rest of the Terminal 3 newcomers should be ready to serve starting today.
