Roberta’s, the crazy delicious pizza specialist from Brooklyn, has been dipping its toes in the LA dining scene for quite a few months now. First was the two-weekend pop-up at Desert Trip before short appearances at Sqirl, Marvin, and then the two-month stay at the Platform Project in Culver City.
Now the pizza maker is due for its next collaboration, this time at The Rose on Monday, February 20 from 6 to 10 p.m. This partnership seems especially appropriate, as The Rose is also known for its pretty outstanding pastas and pizzas itself.
A menu of special items will feature everything from Roberta’s famous Bee Sting pizza with sorpressata and honey to the restaurant’s signature pasta to Rose classics to collaborative dishes created by chef Jason Neroni and the Roberta’s kitchen crew.
This will surely be a hot ticket item, so you’re probably going to want to make those OpenTable reservations soon. Will Roberta’s finally make its LA stay permanent? We’re crossing our fingers.
