Looks like opening week for The Ponte, Scott Conant’s latest Los Angeles venture. In keeping with Conant’s culinary tradition, the Italian-leaning restaurant in the former Terrine space will serve up lots of pasta, plus a few other staples from the bi-coastal chef’s repertoire.
A full opening menu can be found below, from charcuterie to wood-fired vegetables to Conant’s signature dishes, including a spaghetti pomodoro. Chef Freddy Vargas (who worked under Conant at the defunct Scarpetta) will be on hand day-to-day, and Ryan Wainwright stays on as cocktail maestro.
Hours for The Ponte run Sunday through Thursday 6 p.m. to 10 p.m., with an extension Friday and Saturday to 11:30 p.m.
