Things are ratcheting up at Clark Street Bread inside Grand Central Market. The longtime takeaway bread and pastry option has just quietly opened a more substantial stall right by Eggslut, and they’ve expanded their menu as a result.

Head down there today and you’ll find a full case of glutenous delights to enjoy, from those familiar loaves to sandwiches an an array of toasts. You can find the current soft-opening breakfast and lunch menu below.

As of this week, Clark Street Bread at GCM is open daily from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., with Zack Hall himself possibly kicking around the joint. When he’s not there, expect the full-time baker to be at his commercial space, or working on his upcoming standalone Echo Park space, which should arrive sometime mid-spring.
