Lincoln Heights Gets In on the Hip Eastside Coffee Movement

B Twentyfour is now open along Broadway

B Twentyfour, Lincoln Heights

There’s a new player in the Eastside coffee scene today, as B Twentyfour has softly opened in Lincoln Heights.

The hip new hideaway lands on the corner of Broadway and Avenue 24, on the western edge of the rapidly changing neighborhood, right over the river from Chinatown. It’s some prime real estate given all the activity happening around, and should do much to pull in the specialty coffee market in that area.

The two-level space is the work of the nearby team behind The Heights, a local deli, pizza slice, and bottle shop down Broadway. They’ve been in the area for years, and are now dropping coffee from Ritual Coffee Roasters and 49th Parallel. You’ll also be able to eat panini, pastries, and salads from the small kitchen in the back. The full menu can be found here.

Daily hours kick off at 7 a.m. and run through 5 p.m. — just don’t confuse this place with Twenty40, the other Eastside-ish coffee shop in Los Feliz by way of the McCall’s Meat & Fish team.
