Nearly three years after announcing itself as the next tenant to follow in the former Red Medicine space, The Flats has finally arrived. Chef/owner Kyle Schutte is working the kitchen now, following a short friends and family stint that took place last weekend.

Now the restaurant is running lunch through dinner service from the corner address just east of La Cienega on the southeastern reaches of Beverly Hills. You can find menus up online officially now too, from the $8 baguette with emulsified bone marrow to the salads, cured meats, and cocktails. The namesake dish, flatbreads, include a $12 margarita option and a heartier $15 pulled pork variety with potato puree and manchego cheese.

Hours for The Flats run to midnight Sunday through Tuesday, with a full extension to 2 a.m. Wednesday through Saturday. Lunch starts at 11 a.m. during the week, and on weekends it’s dinner only from 5 p.m. on.
