Los Angeles is set to dig into its first ever Museum of Ice Cream pop-up soon, with the Instagrammable Arts District installation looking to go live this month. Now you can get your first look inside at all the in-progress action going down.

As previously reported, the Museum of Ice Cream is a colorful, quirkly part-time party that combines oversized pop art popsicles with an actual pool filled with many millions of colorful sprinkles. There will of course be actual edible ice cream on hand too, including a rotating weekly offering from some of the biggest names in the city.

The Museum of Ice Cream looks to open April 22 on 7th Place in the Arts District, not far from Bestia. Hours will run Wednesday through Monday, 11 a.m. to 10 p.m., and you can start to reserve your tickets now.
