Get Your Slurp On at The Roosevelt’s Upcoming Poolside Haven

Wine + oysters + pool = heaven

Just in time for pool season, The Hollywood Roosevelt has announced exclusively to Eater the upcoming opening of The Rosy Oyster, a pop-up wine and oyster bar that will be open through the end of October. Located adjacent to the Roosevelt’s iconic pool, the 35-seat concept has, as the name would intimate, rosé and oysters at its core.

Curating the self-described “hipster-meets-luxury” wines by the bottle and glass is model-turned-sommelier Lelañea Fulton, known for her work as the woman behind the wine list at New York City’s Dirty French. The food menu will include a variety of oysters alongside a smattering of small plates for the ultimate poolside noshing.

Expect hip decor including neon accents, retro booths, and eclectic art, making the space feel very new and now. Get your first slurp of Kumamotos in the sexy poolside digs when The Rosy Oyster opens on May 1, from which point it will be open Tuesday through Saturday from 6 p.m. to close.
