Actor Shia LaBeouf got rowdy at Jerry’s Deli in Studio City on Wednesday night, with management reportedly sending the man to the curb after an altercation with a bartender. Naturally, TMZ has video of the encounter.

Per the report, LaBeouf spent a good portion of the evening downing beers inside the restaurant, then became agitated and verbally went after one of the staff members on property. Dual videos of the encounter don’t show the lead up to the incident, but do have LaBeouf screaming at the end of the bar, seemingly calling one of the workers a racist before being shown the door.

Unfortunately, this isn’t the first time LaBeouf has had run-ins locally, or at bars and restaurants specifically. He once reportedly headbutted a man during a brawl at a pub in London, and has admitted over the years to issues with public intoxication and first went to rehab in 2014. Not that he’s alone there: Justin Bieber recently got into a similar scrape as LaBeouf at Jerry’s Deli, allegedly headbutting a bartender at Serafina restaurant on the Sunset Strip.
