Popular local breakfast and lunch walk-up Division 3 is expanding from the Glassell Park side street home they’ve known, adding a second location in Hollywood. The new address sits just a block from the offices of some big entertainment names like Netflix, and should help anchor the inexpensive AM dining market for the area.

Much like nearby iXLB Dimsum Eats, Division 3 will look to craft an easygoing menu of options that are suited both for eating in or grab and go, with a robust delivery component to boot. Chef/co-owner Matthew Dickson says the plan is to turn hours from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily, which means coffee, Division 3’s popular breakfast biscuit sandwiches, and an expanded run of lunch options like salads and hearty sandwiches.

Division 3 lands in the short-lived home of Mama Chela’s, a Mexican restaurant that took over where Khao Soi by Inthanon Thai left off. No official opening yet, but expect something sooner rather than later.
