This New Valley Pizza Shop Finishes Pizzas Within 90 Seconds

Pizza:90 is a new fast-casual restaurant with pizzas made to order in 90 seconds using wood-burning Italian ovens. With locations in Irvine and Riverside, this third outlet will be situated inside the Sherman Oaks Galleria, and the owners anticipate opening the doors by August 21.

There’s a Neapolitan style pizza with dough made from scratch using an imported Italian fork mixer. There are some sides and starters like salads and garlic knots, in case pizza isn’t enough to create a meal. Like many of the quick-fire pizza spots around town, create a custom combo or choose from one of the set toppings arrays like the Carnivora, with fior di latte, salami, sorpressata, and sausage. See the opening menu below. As with places like Blaze and 800 degrees, Pizza:90’s pies tend to hover below the $10 range.

Once it opens later in August, hours will be Monday to Thursday 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. and 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. on weekends, closing at 8 p.m. on Sunday.
