Breakfast sandwich juggernaut Eggslut is set to open yet another local location, landing this time inside the Beverly Center on La Cienega. The official opening happens this Friday, beginning at 8 a.m. sharp.
Eggslut’s newest outlet will land at the Third Street ground floor level, and keep the same simplistic design elements as their other shops across Los Angeles and Las Vegas. Expect cement block walls, an open kitchen, and lots of black and yellow accents, with a food menu (below) that parallels their locations elsewhere. Meanwhile, co-founder Alvin Cailan has moved on to New York City, and is working on a slew of projects out that way.
The Eggslut opening is good news for Beverly Center fans as well, as the property has been in the throes of a months-long renovation that has largely taken offline many of the property’s dining and drinking options. Cal Mare only recently debuted its seafood-centric Italian menu on the La Cienega side, but other projects from people like Ayesha Curry — and a food hall by way of Michael Mina — are still in the works. Eggslut opens Friday at the Beverly Center, keeping daily hours from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
