From November 4 until early 2019, Angelenos can find some of LA’s most unique and challenging-to-find burgers at the new pop-up, Smorgasburger Stand. Each Sunday, a rotating group of chefs and restaurants will showcase their burgers at Smorgasburg LA, including chefs like Eric Greenspan and Kato’s Jon Yao, along with New York’s Burger Supreme.

Author and Travel Channel host George Motz takes the helm on November 4, with an Oklahoma-style fried onion burger with a thinly-smashed patty smothered in griddled onions.

On November 11, chef Jon Yao is preparing his wagyu smash burger, which is only available on Kato’s lunch menu.

Chef Eric Greenspan launched his delivery-only Bubu’s Finest Birds & Burgers in early-October, so these won’t be any hotter than at the Smorgasburger Stand on November 18.

And while November 25 hasn’t been booked yet, NYC’s Burger Supreme is on the calendar the first four Sundays in December. Burger Supreme will serve an Atlantic Boardwalk classic burger with a beef patty, American cheese, a mustard special sauce on a Martin’s potato roll.

Smorgasburg runs from 10 a.m. until 4 p.m. every Sunday.
