It’s just a few days before Thanksgiving, and many great restaurants have already been completely booked for Thursday afternoon or evening. Many folks want to skip the struggle of brining and roasting a turkey, opting to spend more time with friends and family. Or they skip monumental challenge of trying to do all the dishes after cooking all day. It’s just easier to rally everyone to a nice restaurant for turkey, gravy, stuffing, and all the sides.
