Nobel Peace Prize nominee and humanitarian chef José Andrés is throwing a huge 10th anniversary party for his LA restaurant The Bazaar, which resides on the first floor of the luxe SLS Hotel. To celebrate the anniversary, he’s throwing a big party priced at $125 (plus tax) a person for general admission and $225 for VIP, and it includes dishes from all four Bazaar restaurants across the country, including Bazaar Meat in Vegas, Bazaar Mar in Miami, and Bazaar South Beach.

Chefs from each location will serve upwards of twenty dishes in a roving format, including Andrés’ signature airbreads. The Miami restaurant does a version of a Cuban sandwich while Mar does a sort of everything bagel and lox airbread. LA’s own is a take on the Philly cheeseteak. Other dishes include a bao con lechon from South Beach, suckling pig from Vegas’s Bazaar Meat, and a nitro coconut floating island dessert created at LA’s own The Bazaar.

The event takes place on December 11, 2018, from 7:30 p.m. until 10:30 p.m. with tickets available here. Each of the Bazaars around the country will have special 10th anniversary menus as well until December 23, for anyone who misses out on the big party. The general admission ticket includes a welcome cava and select cocktails from carts while the VIP ticket allows more exclusive champagne and wine in unlimited form.
