It’s almost time for the reveal of N. 10, the simply-named Italian newcomer set to land along busy West Third Street. Though there’s no firm date for opening just yet, reps say a mid-March reveal is in the works, and the menu is already set.
N. 10 is backed in large part by Emanuele Romani and former Italian soccer star Alessandro Del Piero, who (of course) wore the number ten jersey during his years of play. Now he’s partnered up with chefs Nick Parker from B&B Hospitality out of Las Vegas and Fabio Ugoletti, born in Parma, Italy and former chef at 1-Michelin-starred Al Gallopapa. The pair is working a straightforward menu of Italian favorites, from charcuterie to raw seafood to handmade pastas to pizzas and wine. The opening menus are below.
As for the space, N. 10 is the work of the Spacecraft team and encompasses some 4,100 square feet, including a large front patio. Expect an open kitchen, two fireplaces, and lots of marble and wood. An opening for N. 10 should come in as few as two or three weeks, with dinner hours only (5 p.m. to 11 p.m. or later daily) to start.
