Pizza maven Nancy Silverton will soon commence a collaboration with upscale salad chain Sweetgreen to start serving her chopped salad in stores nationwide. The whole thing kicks off on March 1, which also merges perfectly with the company’s new location opening on La Brea inside the former Graffiti Cafe. Reps for Sweetgreen say that the unveiling will be rather Silverton-heavy, given its proximity to the original La Brea Bakery, and that it may even feature a mural of Silverton out front.

Silverton is no stranger to national food deals. She already operates Nancy’s Fancy gelato, available in upscale retailers across the country, and years ago she helped grow La Brea Bakery into the cross-country force it is today.

As for the dish itself? Silverton has already given away all the secrets in her Mozza cookbook from years ago, saying she’s been serving a version of the dish for more than four decades already. It’s also been reproduced by places like The Washington Post and Bon Appetit, and is considered a classic Pizzeria Mozza menu item. Now, anyone with a Sweetgreen in their city will be able to try it for themselves.
