Echo Park Village just added some new tenants from New York and England this week. NYC’s Lower East Side wine and tapas bar The Ten Bells will setup shop, along with Gra Pizza, which hails from the UK. It is still unknown when Echo Park Village will open, but the development is already shaping up to be a big addition to the neighborhood.

The Eastsider broke the story about the latest tenants for the burgeoning neighborhood complex, which has been under construction since mid-2015. The Ten Bells has operated near the Williamsburg Bridge since 2008, and is now part of the wave of East Coast restaurants headed west. According to Argent Retail Advisors leasing agent Daniel Firtel, Gra Pizza will ride on the sourdough pizza trend that is popular in England. It appears that this location will be Gra Pizza’s first go in the restaurant world, as there is no online footprint about the business.

The Echo Park Village complex is situated slightly south of the 101 Freeway on the west side of Glendale Boulevard, and signed Clark Street Bread as their first tenant back in 2016. Plancha Tacos committed in 2017, and confirmed an early 2018 opening date to Eater.
