This huge West Hollywood hotel earns two new eateries

The h.wood Group, which runs The Nice Guy, Delilah, The Peppermint Club, and Poppy, among others, will partner with Barry Sternlicht’s SH Group on two new restaurants inside two-tower The Jeremy Hotel in West Hollywood. When the hotel originally opened, it had Etcho Cafe, Joao Cocktail Bar, and a rooftop area as food and beverage options. In addition to those eateries, celebrity-riddled h.wood Group will get the chance to bring their first hotel-oriented eateries to West Hollywood.

One of them, likely on the ground floor, is slated as a “farm-to-table” restaurant while the rooftop lounge will become a separate establishment. John Terzian and Brian Toll co-founded The h.wood Group, and the projected opening for these Jeremy Hotel spots will be some time later this year. Ideally they would open in the summer, but pending construction and other factors, they could also open by fall 2018.

The h.wood Group recently took over Sam’s by the Beach on the northern edge of Santa Monica with plans to open a semi-private club. They’re also working on a barbecue restaurant with Trudy’s called Slab, which has been highly anticipated for months now along West Third.
