Reality star, model, and young member of the Kardashian family Kendall Jenner is facing a serious allegation because of her doberman pinscher. On Sunday, Jenner’s dog allegedly bit a five-year-old girl at the Beverly Glen Deli.
There’s two versions on what officially happened. TMZ first reported that Jenner was dining on the patio with professional basketball player Ben Simmons when the victim’s mother and daughter entered the restaurant. The celebrity publication also spoke to the child’s grandfather, celebrity divorce attorney Bob Cohen, who alleged that the dog lunged towards the child and bit her arm, which punctured the skin and drew blood. Cohen said they went to a pharmacy where they allegedly treated the girl’s wound.
TMZ’s initial story suggests a far less scary incident. They allege that Kendall’s dog never made actual contact with the girl’s arm, and suggested the young girl was simply startled by the dog. Staff immediately administered ice while Jenner remained on site. But when Jenner and Simmons left cash on the table and quickly left the restaurant, the girl’s mother called LAPD, who then referred the mother to Animal Care and Control.
Kendall adopted the dog in late spring. Eater reached out to the Beverly Glen Deli, but the restaurant refused comment on this story.
